Hotel Information
Fort Worth Rugby has negotiated special rates with two hotels in the downtown Sundance Square entertainment district.
The pitches are five miles from downtown - an easy drive straight down I-35. The event hosts recommend staying in downtown Fort Worth
where theatres, resturaunts, bars, etc. are all within easy walking distance. Go to www.sundancesquare.com

Tent Rentals
10ft. x 20ft. pavilion tents are available to rent for $120 for 3 days, or $100 for 2 days. These tents are available on a first come-first served basis. The tents will be set up for you by the tournament hosts each day. The Rolling Hills Park facilities are outstanding, but shade is not available.
